SECRETARIAT
The Secretariat of the Inter-State Council was set up in 1991
and is headed by Secretary to the Government of India. The Secretary is
assisted by two Advisers in the rank of Additional Secretary to the Government
of India and other supporting staff. The Inter-State Council Secretariat
services the Inter-State Council and the Commission on Centre State Relations.
The Secretariat is located in Vigyan Bhavan Annexe, Maulana Azad Road, New Delhi-110 011.
